You must be at least 13 years old to use Kontestica. We support three user roles:

• •Vendors: Organizations who create and manage contests
• •Contestants: Individuals who participate in contests
• •Voters: Anyone who casts votes for contestants

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and providing accurate information.

• •Registration Fees: Set by vendors, non-refundable after approval
• •Voting Fees: Set by vendors, processed through Paystack
• •Payment Processing: All payments handled securely by Paystack
• •Refunds: Registration and voting payments are final and non-refundable
• •Currency: All payments in Nigerian Naira (NGN)

• •Create contests with accurate information and clear rules
• •Set reasonable fees and approve applications fairly
• •Monitor voting activity and report suspicious behavior
• •Declare winners fairly and deliver prizes as promised
• •Comply with all applicable laws

• •Provide accurate and truthful information
• •Upload appropriate content only
• •Pay registration fees if required
• •Not manipulate voting through fraud or bots
• •Respect intellectual property rights

• •Vote manipulation using bots or fake accounts
• •Fraud or payment disputes
• •Harassment or threatening behavior
• •Spam or unauthorized promotion
• •Hacking or unauthorized access
• •Copyright infringement

Kontestica owns all rights to the platform. You retain rights to your content but grant us a license to display it as necessary.

Contest information and contestant profiles are publicly displayed.

Kontestica is provided "as is" without warranties.

• •We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• •Not responsible for third-party service issues (Paystack, Cloudinary)
• •Not responsible for disputes between vendors and contestants
• •Vendors responsible for prize delivery
• •Liability limited to amount paid in last 12 months

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
